All 324 rooms offer comforts, such as 24-hour room service and workspace, as well as perks such as complimentary minibar items.

Signature to the hotel is its MASTER Series accommodation that comprises the Grand Premier and Premier rooms. Each offers highly customised touchpoints that include exclusive access to The Clan Keeper’s concierge services such as in-room check-in and a personalised orientation of the hotel, an all-day breakfast spread, luxurious bath amenities with in-room bath spa, and more.


NOTE:
Please be informed that there will be minor upgrading works scheduled at the hotel from 11 October 2021 to 7 January 2022, Monday to Friday. Your comfort and well-being remain our priorities. Rest assured that the team will strive to keep any disruption to a minimum, and all facilities and services remain operational for your enjoyment.

Existing long-term guests will be given until 31 March 2022 to get themselves fully vaccinated, i.e. 2 primary shots + booster, to continue their stay in the hotel and/or serviced residence. Guests who are not fully vaccinated by 31 March 2002 must vacate the accommodation.

Short-term visitors who are unvaccinated will be allowed to stay in hotels and serviced residences for a period of 30 days from the date of arrival. They will not be allowed to enter other VDS settings such as dine-in at Fandamp;amp;B outlets, usage of guests’ facilities, etc.

From 1 March 2022, unvaccinated children aged 13 years old and above will not be allowed to stay in hotels and serviced apartments.

On Reservations and Capacity Limits
To safeguard our guests and staff, it is our hotel’s policy to refuse and cancel the room reservations of registered guest(s), barring arriving international travellers, who are Covid-19 positive at the point of check-in.
Guests are required to inform the hotel prior to arrival if any of the room occupants has received a Health Risk Notice; has been tested positive on a Covid-19 antigen rapid test (ART) in the last 72 hours; has been served a mandatory isolation period such as Stay-Home-Notice (SHN); and for arriving international travellers.
Guests are required to inform the hotel immediately should any registered occupant(s) in the room receives a Health Risk Notice or is issued with mandatory isolation or quarantine order, at any point during the stay.
For Hotel Stays
· Maximum room capacity, including number of visitors to the rooms, is capped according to the room category capacity.
On Dining
All food and beverage establishments are subjected to Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures (SMMs). Random spot-checks may be conducted by local government authorities to ensure that only fully vaccinated persons are dining at Fandamp;amp;B establishments. The following categories of individuals are allowed in a Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures setting: (a) Fully vaccinated or a recovered COVID-19 patient (within 180 days of positive PCR/ART test), (b) Unvaccinated children aged 12 and below, (c) Persons who are medically ineligible for vaccination.

Please note: For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, a deposit of one-night room rate [including tax] for each booking is required upon reservation made. This is applicable to both Flexible and Refundable Policy. Please note that deposit is non-refundable
